Return Policy We at Jeepin By AL, LLC. value all of our customers and take pride in our customer service. To return an item, please email to get all the instruction on how to return. Without this, you can't return an item. Return items must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date in order to receive a refund. Returnable items need to be in their original package and unopened. We cannot accept returns if the product has been used or installed, as these items tend to be damaged and will not be refundable.   

***All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and related shipping and handling charges may apply depending on the reason for return and the condition of the item upon return.

***We are unable to accept returns on electrical and electronic items. Also, we cannot do exchanges. The only option is to return the item and then purchase another. If you place an order, we cannot add products to the order without placing another order. Also, we cannot take returns on special order items. 

*** If you choose to cancel an order, there will be a 4% restocking fee due to credit card processing fees. Make sure you choose the correct part before you place your order. If you accidentally order the wrong item or place an order in error,a 4% cancellation fee may be charged for the price of the item. Be sure to review the items in the cart before you checkout. Orders must be canceled within a 1 hour time span of when they are placed before they can be canceled.  

Items sent back without an RGA # may not be credited back if we cannot find the product in our facilities. Make sure you get a correct shipping address and number to write on the package. If an item arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to contact us and the shipper as soon as possible. If the shipper damages an item, our company is not at fault. All items sent from our company are brand new items that have never been unpackaged. Items sent back to us without proper authorization will be refused at the docking bay. Some items may not be as the picture displays them as because the manufacturer has updated the part. If this happens returns are still subject to the 20% restocking fee. Please use the product description when purchasing the item. We do not accept damaged items that has occurred from customer use or installation or from shipping methods.

Before accepting your order from the delivery service, please always inspect the merchandise. If the merchandise arrives damaged notify JEEPIN BY AL, LLC. immediately before signing for the item.

If you sign for damaged items you will be responsible for the cost of exchanging or returning the product plus you will be responsible for all shipping charges that occur. Therefore if the product arrives damaged you do have the option of not signing for it. Refusal of accepting damaged items is preferred. Be sure to inform delivery services that you will be contacting us so they can document in the event you are unable to reach us. We do check all refused orders to verify before refund can be reimbursed. Make sure to get an RGA and Destination for shipping, because if you return an item without these, it may be lost. If you have any questions about the Return Policy, please contact our Return Department at We will gladly assist you in every way possible to resolve any concern or issue you may have.We believe in down home customer service and will stay committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Limited Warranty
  • Non-4xGuard products have a separate warranty, and customers are directed to the websites of those manufactuers for further information. 4xGuard will facilitate warranty claims but is not otherwise responsible.
  • There is no warranty on the finish of 4xGuard products due to the nature of their intended use.
  • Due to their intended off-road use and thus potential for damage, 4xGuard products can be returned for a refund of original cost minus a 20% restocking fee for a period of 7 calendar days from date of receipt if the product is in unused condition and returned in the original package with packing material. This return policy covers defects in material and workmanship, as well as customer satisfaction.  Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • After the initial “product satisfaction” period (7 days), the 4xGuard warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase; this policy is applicable to the original purchaser only.  Exclusions—
    1. Any damage caused by acts of nature, improper installation (see below), misuse, abuse or neglect.
    2. Damage caused by impacts with any object is not covered by this warranty.
  • For any warranty issue an authorization must be first obtained from 4xGuard PRIOR to removal of the product from the vehicle.  Claims require photographic evidence of the damage or defect taken BEFORE the product is removed. Contact:
  • Determination of whether or not a product is covered by this warranty will be made by 4xGuard at its sole and exclusive discretion.  If determined to be covered, 4xGuard’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the damaged or defective part only
  • 4xGuard is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as the result of the installation and use of its products.
